Inside Sales Account Manager - (Renewals, Telesales, Subscription)

- QuickBooks Online serves Small Businesses as Customers to help them organize their business finances in one place and collaborate effectively with their accountants.

- QuickBooks Online also serves Accounting Firms who help Small Businesses do their accounting and compliance.

The role entails :

- Delivery of weekly, monthly and annual Renewal sales (Subscription Renewals) & Revenue goals.

- Engage with Intuit's customers, Small Businesses & Accounting Firms to enable them to renew their annual subscriptions.

- Educate Intuit's customers, Small Businesses & Accounting Firms, of relevant tools and programs for them to grow their usage of QuickBooks and benefit from it.

- Have strong understanding of product value propositions for Intuit's customers and act as a enablement consultant to Intuit's customers.

- Collaborate internally with Intuit's marketing, support & customer engagement teams to drive customer renewals.

Skill's & Knowledge Required :

- Strong drive for results demonstrated through consistent delivery on goals in past work experience.

- Should be an outcome oriented and self-starter individual willing to work in a start-up environment

- At-least 3 years of working experience in Inside Sales or Account Manager roles. Software / Cloud Software sales experience preferred. Renewal sales experience preferred.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with customers.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Education background : Graduate/ Post-graduate. Candidates with education background in Commerce with knowledge of Accounting preferred.

- Willing to do high-volume, patient and outcome oriented customer interactions on telephone.
