Job Title : GM- Corporate communication   Position Code : ITIL/HO/Marketing/SH/2016/1  Department : Marketing  Section : Corporate communication & PR  Reporting : to Director  Jobs Reporting Into : SeniorManager /Manager  Age Group : 40+  Salary Range (CTC) : Can be discussed and no bar for right fit  Job Objective :  To spearhead the Corporate Communications function including external & internal communications for Intex  Primary Responsibilities :   Job responsibilities involve but not limited to :  Planning, Budgeting & Implementation : Plan & implement various corporate communication strategies/activities based on the on budget on monthly/Yearly basis that marketing activities are in line with sales & business needs for Brand Intex & all business divisions.  External communication : Planning & implementation of media strategy to successfully establish & grow Intex positioning w.r.t. brand & products  - Plan & implementation of consumer connect activities i.e. consumer launches,survey &blogger engagements, cover stories, feature articles, product reviews, product placements, executive interviews, CSR activities & grow brand leadership.  - End to end Media Relationship management including acting's as spokesperson for Brand Intex  - Visibility with Government Associations & Industry bodies   - Internal communication:All internal communication to employees from management, newsletters, circulars, motivational & success stories, event coverage in regions, intranet and employee communication.   - Executive communication: Manage all executive communication including media training, coaching, key message, media interaction, thought leadership and industry leadership event participation.  - Digital PR: Effective use & engagement of various channels of social media& bloggers community & close coordination with digital marketing team.  PR : End to end management of various PR activities based on the budget on monthly basis that are in line with sales & business needs  Vendor Management : Vendor identification & management for event management, PR activities, promotional concepts, etc.  Branding : Make recommendations on cost-effective new awareness program  MIS & Compliance : Ensuring internal quality metrics for continued process refinement & ensuring continuous compliance.   - Ensuring regular MIS & proper reporting  Internal (Mention Departments and Key Positions) :  - Sales  - Finance  - Legal  - Manufacturing  - Marketing  - HR& Admin  - Systems  External :  - Vendors/partners  - Organizers   - Government bodies  - Celebrities  - Media houses   - Modern media /portals  Desired Qualifications, Experience & Competencies :   Qualification(s) : Post-Graduation in PR/Marketing/communication  Experience : 15+ yearsin corporate communication  Knowledge & Skills :  - Good communication & presentation skills   - High level of creativity  - Negotiating Skills  - Strong proficiency in MS Office   - Ability to work under work pressure   - work in team or single man army on need basis   Competencies :  - Customer Orientation  - Result Orientation  - Tenacity of purpose  - Building Partnership  - Customer Focus   - Innovation
