Age : Group 30+ Salary Range (CTC) Mention Pay Band (Minima - Maxima ) for the position
Job responsibilities involve but not limited to :
- Manage planning & buying requirements for our brand.
- All aspects of media planning from strategy to execution needs to managed for online
- Strategy and innovations form a key part of the work
- Creating strategies to increase the effectiveness of the digital campaigns
- Develops media objectives and strategy document based on client brief and proposed media solutions
- Reviews media brief and sets planning process in motion
- Executing the media plans effectively to produce effective results
- Tracking & optimizing campaign performance on a regular basis
- Attends client meetings and conducts plan presentations
- Builds relationships with relevant partners in agency
- Planning for online/digital advertising campaigns for various brands and products
- He / she will be required to plan revenue generation involving new business development from advertisers and Media Agencies and managing existing portfolio of clients handed over for the defined region.
- Does complete research required for planning process
- Negotiating the best price, quality and placement of advertisements
- Keeping up to date with fluctuations in popularity ratings and developments in the industry
- Maintaining good relationships with media sales staff
- Securing the best airtime slots
- Managing media bookings
Desired Qualifications, Experience & Competencies :
Qualification(s) : Post-Graduation in Marketing /Branding
Experience :
- 10 to 15 years of experience in Branding specially in ATL based brand promotion
- Should be from Telecom, FMCG, CDIT, Mobile, Advertising Industry
Knowledge & Skills - Good communication & presentation skills
- High level of creativity
- Negotiating Skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work under work pressure
- work in team or single man army on need basis
