We are looking for candidates with strong financial modelling skills and ability to understand businesses and structure financial solutions. Strong accounting and financial knowledge is necessary and ability to structure and present ideas is an added advantage.

The successful candidate would work with team of professionals who are ex IIM or MBA from US and UK with collectively over 100 years of financial industry experience, The working environment is non hierarchical with direct access to clients and external stakeholders. Career path would be steep and as the candidate reach senior position their is added advantage of participating in organisation growth at personal level.

Job Title : Associate, reporting to VP or Director

Job Description: The candidate is required to undertake Financial Analysis, Financial Modelling, Capital Structuring and and convert ideas to pitch books and effectively communicate to clients.There would be direct interaction with the clients and other senior team members with in the organisation.

Key Skills : Accounting, Ability to understand Financials of the company, Corporate Structures, Some knowledge of regulatory environment and deal structuring. Expert in Excel and Modelling.

Profile : MBA or CA with 1-3 years experience in a Financial Firm. Should have flair to deal with clients and numbers

Career Path : The candidate would work with a small team and thus would have high level of exposure. Right candidate would have opportunity to right fairly fast in the organisation with entitlement to profit participation or stock options
