Job Title : International Retail Product Manager
Job Purpose :
Launch and maintenance of product, process & service delivery for the international retail branches and subsidiaries
Key Deliverable :
- Enhance product features and introduce value added services on an on-going basis to maximize customer satisfaction & achieve growth in international retail deposit book.
- Initiate process changes / enhancements as & when required to reduce TATs, comply with internal & external policies / regulations, reduce costs, enhance customer satisfaction
- Provide channel training & channel support
- Monitor consistently, Competition activity in the Product/Propositions being offered in the market place.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for product design of Current/Saving Accounts for International Branches & Subsidiaries
- Product & Process Design
- Service Delivery Set-up - Branch & Self Service
- Development of standardized framework of offering across geographies
- Co-ordination with International Branches & subsidies for customization & launch of new features & benefits
- Co-ordination with Legal, compliance, marketing, technology & operations for launch of features & Benefits
- Continuous monitoring of customer and market trends for product re-vamp / enhancement
- Business Analytics & MIS
- Performance Measures
- Performance indicators Measure
- Volume of business Total book growth and number of new customers acquired
- Product New Features & Benefits launched
- Customer centric improvement Timely completion of projects and impact of enhancements/ customer satisfaction as defined by business.
- Product awareness Regular Training of all stakeholders
- Query & customer service issues Number of Escalations resolved within TAT.
Salary range - 10-12 LPA
