International Recruitment Role - FMCG (7-15 yrs)

Salary Range: 10 - 18 LPA

We are looking for Global Hiring HR

- Recruiting people from India & Other Countries, Well versed with visa process.

- Recruiting position for different division in the company, I.e. Corporate (Executive Profiles), Farming & Sales (worker category & Bulk recruitment)

- Liaises with internal HOD to get a full understanding of the requirement.

- Advertise the requirement on various job portals and social Media sites as well to agencies to respective country.

- Finding, Evaluating & Coordinating with agency for arranging interviews. Like, Hotel Booking, Airport Transfer, Interview Venue, Trade Test center booking.

- Prepare trip analysis after each recruitment trip and submit it to Group Recruitment Manager.

- Maintain Recruitment Status Report for Farming division. (Microsoft Excel)

- Coordinate with the visa processing agents and push them regularly to expedite the visa process.

- Handling Mobility/Immigration requests across globe, to closely work with managers for smooth and effective functioning of Mobility Process

- Advising business on the assignment plan and work closely with tax team to derive the cost estimation

- Work with immigration vendors and consulates for the latest immigration trends and process accordingly.

- Single point of contact for Business units, to ensure all the queries of mobility is addressed as per the policy and compliance.

- To frame and conserve the Mobility/Immigration policies, to identify the needs of the mobility process and design a work flow for smoother and faster speed of landing.

- To manage the intranet page/ forum of Global Mobility, design, upload and update with the necessary information on the mobility and immigration process.

- Escalation management, 1st level escalations to be handled when the employees are facing issues with regards to policies and when the support team does not resolve it

- Mobility/ Immigration consulting, Policy Design, Compliance management and Strategic business partnering with business units

- Single point of contact for the Countries

- Preparing monthly and quarterly reports, Deck and Power point presentations to the business on the latest immigration trends.

Professionals should Have ;

- Experience in Global hiring should be from end user company and not from search firm/consultancy. He should have been corporate HR.

- Should make presentation report for recruitment to submit to HOD& Management

- Manufacturing Company is likely desirable profile.

- Travel will be part of profile.

- Visa processing, meeting consulates, Going to embassy, understanding Companies Taxation etc., such experiences will be adding to likeliness of hiring the profile.
