International Marketing Executive   Hiring for an 'International Marketing Executive', will be responsible for International marketing of optical fibre and optical fibre cables (OFC), major responsibilities: determining demands/generating leads/market research/sales & advertising.  Principal Accountability:  - He or she has the responsibility to assist in identifying potential global markets to determine the demands for the products and services of the company  - Responsible for implementing a global action plan to support the achievement of international sales goals  - Major responsibilities will include generating leads by identifying potential global markets  - Strong understanding of sales and marketing in the global environment.  - Working with all aspects of marketing including market research, product development, sales, and advertising.  - Key member of the team that develops and manages the international customer meeting and all other regional meetings  - Coordinating and assisting in fulfilling customer requests and requirements including quarterly forecast reports, marketing plans and reports and other business requirements.  - Maintain & Develop relationships with key international customers.  Essential Requirements:  - Strong leadership skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills, and analytical skills are necessary  - Frequent travel required for this position.  - Excellent written and verbal communications skills.   - Excellent negotiation skills & interpersonal skills   Qualification & Experience:  - Full Time MBA with B. Tech(Mechanical or Electronics or Electrical). Below 2 years work experience in International marketing preferably in telecom or similar industry.   OR  - B.
