About Our Client

Our client is a large Indian pharmaceutical organization with a revenue size of Rs 40 bn+, they are leading manufacturers of generic drugs with manufacturing facilities in India and international locations, currently present in about 15+ countries they are rapidly expanding in India and globally.

Job Description

Reporting into the Head HR you will be responsible for: -

- Designing and implementation of international human resources programs and policies across the globe

- The appointee will work closely with the business teams to provide the core HR services to all international locations, e.g. recruitment, compensation and benefits, talent management, learning and development

- Be a - business partner- and key member of the global leadership team and work closely with key stake holders to create and deliver the HR strategy for the business ensure that the business objectives are met

- Local Recruitment - develop staffing strategies and implementation plans and programs to identify talent locally and identify appropriate and effective external sources for the same

- Expat Management - understand and manage the human resources aspects of international employee placements and implement policies and procedures for placing expatriates, overseeing visa procurement, tax equalization and introducing benefits and compensation packages

- Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating local HR issues and solutions as appropriate

- To creatively apply strong business acumen with strong communication skills in driving the people engagement and initiatives

- Ensure high quality services, resulting in global employee satisfaction and optimum resource utilization for maximum service quality Ensure close interaction with global offices to understand requirements and customize services accordingly

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate must carry 8-10 years of relevant experience and hold a MBA in Human Resources. You must have a proven track record in handling international locations in areas of HR generalist activities like performance management, compensation & benefits, policy formulation and talent management. Experience in local recruitment and expat management is a must. A positive attitude and the willingness to work in a rapidly changing global environment are important. Excellent communication and global stakeholder management skills are highly sought after.
