We are looking out for a suitable candidate primarily for assisting in compliances relating to offshore business.  The job profile would include the following :   - Maintaining a detailed compliance checklist as applicable for each offshore jurisdiction & monitoring  - Meeting all compliances as prescribed by offshore regulators;  - Preparation and / or review of Offshore documents including offer documents;  - Handling various queries as sought by offshore regulators;  - Review of compliance(s) under various policies prepared for each offshore company;  - Ensuring that all returns, documents, reports are duly filed with regulators;  - Inspection of various transactions and documents for monitoring compliances;  - Handling the Internal Audit and Statutory Audit of the Company / Schemes;  - Handling of FEMA and FATCA related compliances;  - Review of various product and advertisement materials;   - Review and processing of AML related compliances, including reviewing the KYC maintenance,   - Preparation of periodical compliance reports for the Board & Management;  The candidate should be a CS (and CA- added benefit) with at least 8 to 9 years of experience (post qualification) in private equity or asset management or wealth business.
