Position & Job Responsibilities: Business Development head – International Business
- Driving the business development function for US, UK, APAC geographies – service lines include FAO, HRO, Voice business, Transaction Processing
- Develop new service lines in the International business and outlining entry & growth strategy for the service lines – FAO, HRO, Voice & Transaction Processing
- Build & manage team comprising to execute the process of lead generation, client meetings, solution design, proposals, costing, negotiation and account closure
- Drive the entire presales function – brochures, white papers, case studies, website, proposals, costing and client specific presentations
- Relationship management for large business accounts
- Location - Mumbai
Suitable profile:
- Candidate with more than 12 years of Business Development experience with a minimum 5-7 years with a BPO/KPO
- Strong expertise of managing big size corporate clients
- Leadership & team management skills
- Travelling involved to US, Europe & APAC regions
