We have an urgent Opening with Big US Based MNC for Senior Level Position.

Location : Manesar (Near Gurgaon)

Timings : 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Experience and Qualification Required : CA with 8+ years of Post-Qualification Experience

Job Description :

- Lead Q2C analytics, orders/revenue/invoicing/collection trends to facilitate DSO/revenue/collection forecasting for regional and global LSAG, ACG & DGG business managers.

- Performs rapid assessment of current revenue/collections with past periods and provide insights around the expected results

- Lead analytics and preparation of materials for global and regional C&C managers for their monthly regional Business Review across all businesses

- Preparation and analysis of Key business Review Decks for individual Regions and global C&C/AR

- Periodic Budgeting and Forecasting of the reserve and write offs, perform actual vs budgeted analysis and share the same with the business CFOs.

- The role involves close partnership and collaboration across key business functions like accounts receivables and applications, Cash accounting, Order Management and business centers, and Business finance.

- Responsible for designing internal controls and ensuring SOX and Audit compliance for the WW C&C organization and to drive a Quality mindset.

- Lead and initiate insights and analysis of WW C&C results to help the C&C and all partner organizations to continuously improve organizational performance.

- Proactively work with regional credit & collection teams, order management and dependent functions to improve the end to end process

- Work proactively to identify opportunities within Q2C function and lead initiatives on the same

- Develops and manages knowledge for use across projects

- Acts as a coach for the process & policies and C&C operations teams

- This position would also involve managing Process & Policies team for global C&C organization

Qualifications :

- Master's degree or equivalent in Finance or business administration, CA preferred

- 10+ years of total experience of which minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the Q2C Domain.

- Strong understanding on designing internal controls

- Essentials to the Job are excellent spreadsheet knowledge and presentation skills

- Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

- Operational Excellence mind-set and capability to develop and deliver on best in class benchmarks

- Demonstrated Project management skills and experience

- Have minimum 5 years of people management experience

- Should have worked in a global environment (multi-culture, multi- functional, remote environment)

- Should have a good understanding of SOX requirements with a quality bent of mindset is desired.
