Internal Audit Hub Manager (Head) - Power & Technology products maker MNC (10-15 years)

About client- Its an MNC, a global leader in industrial technology. Its operations are organized into four global divisions-Electrification Products, Robotics and Motion, Industrial Automation and Power Grids.

Reports to- Administrative -India CFO and Functional- Regional Head of Internal Audit (EMEA)

Individual contributor role with indirect reportees

Brief overview of the role- The objective of the role is to provide independent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value and improve the organization's operations. Help organization accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.

Dimensions

- Providing assurance to Group Executive Management and FACC (Finance Audit and Compliance Committee) by accurate evaluation of the internal control system of the audited unit

- Leading and managing complex audit teams from different cultural backgrounds

- Providing support both in administration and operation to the Regional Head of Internal Audit, both for the specific Hub as well as of the Audit function in the Region

Requirements-

- Qualified Chartered Accountant

- CIA / CISA / CPA

- Leadership skills and ability to manage teams from different cultures

- Strong analytical and IT skills

- Managerial courage to confront difficult issues with the appropriate response

- Strong oral and written communication skills, proficiency in English

- International business experience
