- The goal is to become one of the largest most successful company in this space - asset lite, hi-tech extremely customer focused, partnering clients in results / cost savings etc.
Role/Job Description :
- To design HR Strategy & Policy Architecture and then implement the same - Organization Structure / JDs, / C&B / PMS
- Manpower Planning
- Oversee operations
The Candidate Details :
- Premium MBA (TISS / XLRI),
- 45 - 50 years of age.
- Experience in Start-up / Scale-up of a vibrant service organization(s),
- Logistics Sector experience highly desirable OR Distribution Intensive Sector, e.g. Retail / Telecom - a second option.
Work Experience : 20 - 25 years
