The rich and diverse experience of our team has helped in executing more than 100+ mandates across diverse range of industries for Indian as well as global companies, investment firms and private equity and venture capital firms.   JOB DESCRIPTION   Role Description / Product Knowledge:   - Thorough knowledge of entire range of commercial/corporate banking products   - Handle asset products like working capital facilities, project finance, term loans, structured finance, etc.   Credit Appraisal:   - Independently prepare Information Memorandum, CMA data, Project Report, Business Model etc   - Effectively engage with clients to understand business model & key drivers of growth and to assimilate data for preparation of Information Memorandum   - To handle the entire gamut of pre and post sanction activities including project evaluation/appraisal, preparation of term sheets/legal documents and negotiation thereof with the clients, assistance in security creation until the loan disbursement stage   - To keep self and the team informed on the relevant regulatory, legal and compliance guidelines Client Relationships:   Preferred Background:   - CA or Post graduate or MBA from reputed institutions   - Candidate should have worked for 2-3 years on domestic debt syndication in Financial Advisory Firms/Financial Institutions with proven track record   - Independently able to garner business & execute deals   - Analytical bent of mind with good time management, planning and coordination skills   Interested candidates are requested to submit their latest resumes  Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.  Vandita Sehgal Associate-Admin & HR www.interglobalcapital.com CIN: U74140DL2014PTC272991
