- This position will be responsible for planning and coordinating project delivery, deployment and post deployment handover to support function.   - Understand the scope at technical, functional and business levels and establish strong relationship with customers (internal and external) ensuring smooth delivery of objectives as per agreed timelines.  - Develop and drive project plans, proactively identify potential bottlenecks and work towards resolution and avoid recurrence.  - The incumbent would be responsible takeover of the project from engineering team for delivery, understand the agreed service and business terms from presales and sales to ensure complete knowledge of technical, business and functional expectations of the customer.  - The position requires about 25% of travel and operating from client site apart from leading a team of delivery engineers. Would be responsible for guiding and mentoring the team in functional and technical areas, essentially playing the role of a project and tech leads.  - Should have more than 7 years of experience in Delivery & Deployment, Project Management, People management, preferably with a IT Products company.  - Should be strong with technical knowledge, especially in Java, Oracle and Networking.  - Candidates with engineering background, having certifications like ITIL, PMP would be highly preferred.  - Very strong communication and client management skills.
