Inteliment - Head - Operations (10-15 yrs)

Primarily responsible for managing operations to meet budget, productivity-1 and profitability-2 goals

- Proven track record in process innovation.

- Prior experience in working with leaner teams + proven track record in profit centre responsibilities, emphasis on cost saving.

- Develop, establish, and direct the execution of operating policies to support overall company objectives.

- Ability to look ahead and be there for at least 5 years.

- Be the ultimate trouble shooter of all the people and process related issues

- Aid and support the CEO to develop & execute strategies guided by the mission and values of Inteliment, by providing strategic leadership and management necessary to ensure proper operational controls, procedures, and people systems to effectively grow the business.

- Lead the performance management process that measures and evaluates progress against goals.

- Oversee daily operations to suggest & implement measures for resource optimization & cost reduction.

- A 'Hands On' Manager who, when required, rolls up the sleeves and leads from the front.

- Extremely focused and analytical approach coupled with hunger to view and interpret all operational data to Establish, Monitor & Improve KPIs for management of the operations and effectiveness of processes.

- Manage shared services (HR, IT, F&A, L&D) and support Sales & Delivery functions ensuring smooth daily operations and provide timely business intelligence on the operating condition of the company.

- Ensure proper collaboration with other business units to develop and implement operational models, systems and processes to facilitate the rapid growth of the organization

- Manage Risk & Compliance for legal, statutory and corporate affair requirements

- Motivate and Lead a high performance team; Develop & Mentor direct reports to cultivate skills and to increase effective collaboration for better results across the operational groups.

- Ensure there exists technical correctness while delivering value to the customer

- Ensure effective planning, budgeting and utilisation and outcomes of physical and intellectual resources

- Plan, implement and sustain the usage of innovative business tools and models with an aim to improve effectiveness of business processes, performance and results

- Work closely with the business development function to support in developing marketing plans and opportunities to promote organization's products and services

- Ability to collect and connect business intelligence/market reports on competitors

- Manage business environment challenges and changes effectively by adequate planning, communication and people development

- Ensure continuous self-development to build knowledge and enhance team skills and competencies

Qualifications: Role Specific Knowledge and Experience:

- 10-15 years with minimum 5 years in independently handling business operations including P&L

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in IT industry will be an added advantage

- Bachelor in Engineering (BE), MBA is an advantage
