Senior Executive - Employee Relations

- Design, review and implementation of the Performance and career management system on a monthly, quarterly and annually

- Posts Internal Job Postings for internal vacancies and promotions of employees.

- Develops and assesses effectiveness of company-wide employee relations programs, including award and recognition programs, exit interviews, etc.

- Design and Organizes various employee welfare programs

- Prepares employment and employee relation management reports.

Skills required :-

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the area of Employee Relations and Human Resources Management

- Graduate in any stream & MBA/ PG – Diploma in Human Resources from reputed institute

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar field preferred.

- Fluent in written and oral communication in English at all levels internally and externally

- Professional approach to problem solving

- Good decision-making abilities on the job
