Its sales force is located in key markets (North America, UK, Australia, China, South Africa) with delivery capabilities across on-shore (US, UK) and off-shore locations (India, Philippines).  Job Title: Consultant, Process Excellence & Implementation Support  Location:  Option 1:  - Home locations: Mumbai (for all)  - Based out of US and Manila on per diem wages as required  Option 2: One each based out of:  - Mumbai, India  - Fargo or New York, US  - Manila, Philippines  Job Type / Model:  - One year contract with option to extend based on mutual agreement  Job Summary:  - Integreon is seeking to strengthen its delivery operations across Business Units and locations by bringing in 3 Consultants to support Process Excellence & Implementation Management.   - The position would report to CEO Office and work closely with the Delivery Leads across Business Units and locations.   The role would entail the following:  - Lead and execute process excellence projects, e.g. undertake diagnostic assessment of delivery processes (operations and quality) and develop and present recommendations for improvements  - Manage and execute the development, delivery and administration of Lean, Six Sigma and TOC methodologies, tools and training that will be deployed as part of the process excellence program  - Drive and implement tools, processes and policies designed to focus on business process improvement that will maximize the capabilities within existing technologies to enhance business value and ROI  - Act as a change agent to instill process excellence culture and ensure these principles are utilized consistently at all levels throughout the business organization  - Work closely with operations/delivery leads to implement suggested changes (across people, process and systems)  Concerned Business Units and locations are:  - Document Services across Fargo, Mumbai and Manila  - Legal Services across New York, Mumbai, Noida and Manila  - Research Services in Noida  Qualification / Experience Required:  - 10-15 years of relevant work experience  - Post Graduate degree with preferred specialization in a relevant subject, e.g. Operations Management, Process Excellence, Turnaround or Change Management, Outsourcing  Process Excellence certification (Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent):  - Lean, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints or equivalent  - Transformation / Change Management experience  - Process Consulting and/or Operations management experience (both would be an add-on)  Good to have:  - International operations work experience  - Operational work-experience as part of a BPO/KPO  Experience working with process improvement and implementation support, demonstrating:  - Attention to Detail: Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail  - Stakeholder Management  - Oral and Written Communication: Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral and written presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately  - Problem Solving: Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives and to make recommendations  - Understand cultural differences, be able to work collaboratively in a team, and build/establish rapport quickly with others in global locations.
