Associates are expected to have the ability to work in multiple modules at one point, thereby providing maximum leverage to Project Leads. Being more experienced, they often engage end-to-end on the project and help with training newer/junior team members.  Responsibilities :  - Understanding client contexts and dynamics of business concepts, especially in B2B Telecom Space   - Facilitating brainstorming sessions with project teams and providing strong leverage to the Manager in creating work and analytical plans   - Managing project and their work-stream independently   - Conducting comprehensive and effective research using secondary research sources and techniques   - Organizing, analyzing, synthesizing, and generating insightful and structured output using appropriate tools and techniques (memos, spreadsheets, reports, presentations, etc.)   - As more experienced team members, contributing to the analytical approach, mentoring others, and helping drive innovation and internal improvements.   Required Skills:  - 3 - 4 years of relevant secondary research experience, preferably in Telecom or ICT B2B sector  - Knowledge of B2B Telecom sector, along with other prominent sector knowledge   - Strong analytical aptitude - problem solving and logical reasoning   - Strong verbal and oral communication   - Team player and have excellent interpersonal skills   - Logical and creative thinker
