Mandatory Work Experience Requirements:  - Preferrably one/two projects in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Demand-Supply Balancing, Production Planning / Scheduling, Inventory Optimization/ Leading the supply planning function (demand planner/ supply planner) in an organization  - Process knowledge of SC Planning/ Optimization  Exposure to Tools (if any):  Systems functional knowledge on any SC Planning applications like i2, Manugistics, SAP APO, Oracle etc.   Preferred Skill-sets:  - Understanding of Supply Chain Planning Processes/ Enablers  - Process mapping and documentation skills   - Strong communication skills.
