Salary Offered: 6 LPA  This position is for an Analyst who will support the Financial Modeling & Risk team, which is responsible for assisting commercial real estate lenders and real estate focused private equity funds in the US, Canada market. Assets include originated or acquired real estate debt investments, including single assets and multi-property portfolios.  - Strong interest in finance and capital markets.  - MS Excel and VBA knowledge preferred.  - Evaluate and compile property level income statements, rent roll other information into Excel-based models.  - Create ad hoc analyses, as necessary, including DCF models, equity waterfall structures, development models and other valuation models.  - Learn to develop detailed property cash flow and valuation analyses and occasionally prepare asset summaries for clients.  - Providing asset management support to clients by updating cash flows and managing new deals as they get are originated.  - Creating, maintaining, and updating financial models of existing and potential client investments.  - Strong analytical and computer skills.  Background Requirements :  - 1-3 years in financial services industry, with a focus on financial analysis, and/or real estate finance.
