Integra Connect - Data Scientist/Analyst - Healthcare Startup

Looking for a Healthcare Data Scientist / Analyst (with US Healthcare background) for one of the fastest growing Healthcare Technology startups in USA.

Integra Connect provides integrated, cloud-based technologies and services to enable value-based specialty care. The company's core applications span population health including care management; advanced analytics; medication therapy management; specialty-specific EHR; practice management; and revenue cycle management.

The selected individual will be responsible for :

- Developing actionable, data-driven insights through research and analysis of data sources and development of statistical, mathematical and predictive analyses.

- Working on large sets of data points (structured and Unstructured) and derive insights relevant to Population Health, Care Management, and Practice Transformation.

- Data collection, preparation, modeling, evaluation and deployment

- Employing sophisticated analytics programs, machine learning and statistical methods to prepare data for use in predictive and prescriptive modeling

- Determining hidden weaknesses, trends and/or opportunities from the data

- Inventing new algorithms to solve problems and build new tools to automate work

- Communicating predictions and findings to internal management and external clients through effective data visualizations, reports, software applications

Skill Requirements :

- Prior experience in a US Healthcare setting and with data coding systems is a must to have

- Proficiency in languages such as R and/or Python

- Expert level proficiency with SQL programming

- Working knowledge of Tableau and/or other Business Intelligence software

- Experience with machine learning techniques and tools is desirable
