Insurance Product Specialist

Insurance Product and Platforms Group offers an exposure to a vibrant work environment, with exposure to work on and be a part of sales cycle in proposing solutions on various industry leading products. We are looking for a Product Specialist to provide pre-sales Technical and specialist support and short term consultancy if required to the insurance companies in some of the industry leading Insurance packages across the globe.

The right candidate should have :

- Played Techno BA / System Analyst role earlier for at least 2 large transformation deals for US /EMEA customers

- Ability to lead Techno / functional business conversations with Customers / Prospects and Product / Package partners.

- Specialization in configuring different P&C - Personal/Commercial lines (or) Life products for any of the geographies namely US, EMEA or JPAC.

- Specialization in core insurance Business processes and configuring the end to end value chain across P&C or Life Insurance.

- Analyzing customer requirements and defining the product interface end-points with various surrounding/external interfaces.

- Thorough Consulting and hands on experience as a Subject Matter Expert on one or more of the Life/Annuity Superannuation & P&C / General Insurance platforms like

a) Bravura Sonata, Sapiens ALIS, eBaoTech LifeSystem - Life / Annuity / Pension

b) Duck Creek, Insurity, Sapiens-IDIT etc - P&C / General Insurance

- Ability Evaluate and assess various packages by the feature set and also technically (Configuration / integration etc) and their fitment for a project / proposal or a strategic relationship.

- In-depth Knowledge and hands on experience one one or more of the following surrounding systems below will be an added advantage.

- CRM - Microsoft CRM/Salesforce/NetSuite/SugarCRM

- Document Storage & Management

- Experience in any of FileNet, Documentum, Documaker etc.

- ETL & Data warehousing products, experience in any of Microsoft SQL Report/SSIS, Informatics, Data Stage, Microstartegy, ClikView, Business Objects, Crystal Reports

- Portal products experience in any of Microsoft web part, IBM, WebSphere, Oracle, JBoss

- Experience in industry standard Architecture tools and processes

Skills :

- Ability to conduct demonstrations / business workshops on one or more of the above mentioned products.

- Translate product business workflows into systems specifications

- Presentation and articulation skills to explain the technical architecture to business

- Prior experience with pre-sales/solution definition

- Worked jointly and dealt with Package partners as a system integrator
