Experience: A SME and Solutioning expert with a combination of Insurance industry and a top-tier software services or consulting firm, with a well-rounded understanding of the insurance operations and processes, industry trends, best practices and overview of regulatory/compliance issues
Role Key Responsibilities:
- Interfacing with customers with respect to project delivery, planning, staffing
- Presales Bid Management, solutioning
- Delivery governance, risk management and Project profitability goals are met
- Driving customer focused initiatives for process and knowledge enhancement across the account.
- Presales support
- Ensuring that the right engineering processes are deployed and ensuring compliance with associated quality standards and processes
- Undertaking costing, budgeting, estimation and staffing of resources for on-going engagements
- Knowledge management within the projects controlled
- Strong customer management skills
- Ability to guide others through complexity, ambiguity, and uncertainty
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
Skills Required:
- Subject matter expert in the Insurance sector with exposure to both Life and Non-life. Should have worked in creation of solutions capability building white papers case studies
- Should have hands on 3 to 4 year experience as a BA in implementing one or more modern Core Insurance products, preferably in APAC, EMEA or USA region.
- Should have knowledge of functional structure / components of any Life / P&C Core Insurance Product
- Sales / Presales bent of mind is preferable with ability to represent problem statement from business perspective
- A good understanding and background in IT services, operational improvement.
- Possess a blend of both business and technical skills with the ability to translate business needs into deliverable solutions
- Strong knowledge of the drivers and impacts currently affecting the global insurance industry
- Familiar with the technology trends, providers and solutions in the insurance market place.
- Innovative thinking and capability to carve out niche areas of interest for insurers and ideate solutions and frameworks
- Ability to lead consulting teams in high pressure client engagement
- Platform experience will be a great plus
