JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  - Manage processes and teams of content writers and subject matter experts to design and effectively produce training content and programs in varied and varying subject areas, on time and on budget and according to company's eLearning Style Guide  - Advise training teams, SMEs, other internal stakeholders to assess training needs and select most appropriate structure, media, delivery formats depending on learning goals   - Together with topic experts, develop curriculum learning goals, understand target audiences and learning needs   - Develop and evolve formats and templates, integrating learning principles   - Pilot content and integrate user feedback into content design  - Maintain and curate company's self-service library, evaluate effectiveness of learning modules  - Work with Change Lead on marketing and change management for LAB   - Plan and manage content development cycle in collaboration with the Development team manager Performing other duties as assigned or required  BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:  - Bachelor's Degree, ideally in education or adult learning space  - Minimum 5 years experience in instructional design, or at least 2 years consulting experience with relevant change management or enablement case work  - Strong in Windows Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)  - Experience with eModule publishing software such as Articulate Storyline, as well as graphic design and multimedia tools welcome  - Experience with at least one leading LMS preferred  - Excellent English language oral and written communication skills required  - Occasional travel to our worldwide company offices will be required  KEY COMPETENCIES  - Proven experience designing and developing instructional materials   - Excellent project management skills, including ability to multi-task across projects and teams  - Ability to complete full design cycle of a range of distance learning resources, leveraging input from subject matter experts, ideally in consulting environment, and translating into learning resources   - Strong analytical skills and ability to pick up a wide range of company frameworks and concepts rapidly (including core consulting skills and industry, functional topics)  - Ability to focus on big picture and on details   - Ability to build credibility with varied stakeholders quickly   - High motivation, ability to work independently, perform under pressure and deliver results on time  - Strong creative problem solving skills to apply in content design and
