Job Profile:

Basic:

Providing comprehensive sell-side equity research and recommendations on the consumer sector.

- Understanding the sales team & client requirement, making a suitable product and delivering it

- Keep updating myself on the sector and companies under coverage and provide updates on new developments

- Analyzing and forecasting industry trends and evaluating competitive landscapes for sector majors

- Analyzing different companies for investments operating in the consumer space

- Conduct road shows of companies under coverage for domestic clients

Valuations:

- Understanding sector dynamics and accordingly preparing detailed financial and valuation models for all major industry players and individual projects

- Estimate future income statement for the company based on its current performance

- Determine the company's share price based on comparative valuation methodologies.

Maintenance:

- Write quarterly research note based on its performance.

- Keep daily updates of the companies under my coverage and related to consumer staple, analyze news related to the company and write alerts on important developments

Client Interaction:

- Interact with the clients to discuss sector updates (telephonic interaction)

- Prepare presentations for pitching research ideas to a varied client-base

- Give presentations to different clients (Personal interaction)
