Institutional Sales Manager (Education)

We are currently retained by a client - a leading name in the Education space. Its a growing company which is very well established and is growing further. It would be great opportunity to take your career to the next level. This is a part of their young leaders program where they hire people from the best colleges and groom them into future leaders.

Location : The role is open for multiple Tier 2 and 3 cities in Rajasthan, UP and Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities :

The role requires to meet with new prospective clients of the company that is School Founders / chairperson / Principal and other key stakeholders to propose them a solution.

Please note this role requires extensive travelling and is not an office based role.

Key criteria for this role is MBA from a good college.

- The role will report to Regional Education Manager.

- The person will be responsible for leading, training, managing and contributing to the development of an outside and inside 4-6 highly qualified regional sales team that is poised to quickly expand.

- The person will ensure that the sales team has the guidance, resources, and skill to dramatically increase sales line by identifying market opportunities, driving new business, and expanding on a base of existing customers. He/She will work closely with the Regional Education Manager to develop short- and long-term strategies to efficiently grow the total business.

- The person will be expected to spend approximately 60 - 70% of his time in the field working directly with sales representatives and customers, and will maintain several of his/her own accounts with high-profile customers.

Must Have Experience/ skills :

- It requires a hunter mindset to acquire new business

- Demonstrated record of selling in B2B environment..

- Excellent in building stakeholder/Client relationship across levels

- Good in market intelligence, sales process, and data

- Innovative thinking would help

Key criteria for this role is MBA (full time) from a Top B school only (this is non negotiable with the client)
