Job Summary :

- We are looking for a dynamic and creative candidate to play a critical role in building relationships with significant clients and vendors, spawn new business ideas and strategies and translate them to revenues by getting new signups and partnerships for strategic as well as medium size partners across all the business verticals.

- As AVP-Strategic Alliance, you must be a go-getter and strong at creating win-win alliances and understanding of industry changes happening around. Ultimately, you should be responsible for achieving strategic account targets and revenues from them.

Responsibilities :

- Develop new strategic alliances in digital ecosystem

- Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet existing and potential client needs

- Successful delivery of projects on time, in line with budget expectations and strategy

- Establish strong, long-term client relationships by communicating with major clients on a regular basis and responding to specific queries

- Manage key accounts portfolio and monitor sales performance metrics

- Making presentations to prospects and create value propositions.

- Handle customer escalations in a timely and effective manner

- Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams

- Training and motivating team members enabling them to succeed as a team

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts

Requirements :

- Proven experience of winning new business alliances and scaling them

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships

- Strong analytical skills

- Well-connected at CXO level with organizations in the above domains.

- Solid sales experience in B2B environment

- Hands on experience with CRM software and Account management systems

- Understanding of sales performance metrics

- Ability to address customer escalations and requests in a timely manner

- Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude

- Availability to travel as needed

- A post-graduate in business administration, marketing and relevant field

- Ability and flexibility to align completely with team and organization and its objectives

Experience : Minimum 5 to 10 years of work experience required
