You shall part of the core team, thus would be required to understand and act in accordance to the company's growth plans.   Responsibilities Include :   - Source, identify, and hire the best candidates at all levels of seniority across business functions.  - Develop, innovate, and manage recruiting processes and schedules in a fast-paced environment  - Coordinating with the team on talent pool availability, interview, offer negotiation, offer proposal and offer roll out, employee On-boarding etc.   - Employer Branding: Establish Instamojo as a next gen start up brand amongst the target talent hubs  - Cultivate relationship with key candidates and specific talent sets, defined according to long-term initiatives and direction of the organization.   - Develop, influence and execute sourcing strategy for passive and active candidates   - Design, execute & analyze strategic recruiting plans for attracting key talent in a timely and cost effective manner   - Should have good knowledge of different technological skill set hiring   - Utilize social media recruiting skills to market the open positions, attract talent and build online communities   - Not just recruitment's, you will get to manage all other day-to-day HR processes   - Create HR policies & drive the work culture of the company   What you need to have:  - Good communication skills  - Extremely Vibrant and energetic  - Good with Social Networks  What we are looking at:  - MBA from Tier I institute   - Experience of 3-4 years especially in talent acquisition in a startup   - Experience in a fast growing young organization  - Someone who can multitask and juggle between many things at a time!
