We are looking for a dynamic and enterprising professional, who has a hunger for knowledge and growth. Management of key clients and delivery of complex state of the art solutions using the INSORCE product is a part of the job. The selected candidate will need to be mobile, willing to work onsite in global locations, with senior management of client companies to understand their needs and implement INSORCE. Account management, training the clients and successful implementation will be the responsibility of the candidate.

Responsibilities:

A) Implementation:

- Project management - POCs, pilots, workshops, training, consulting assignments. This includes preparing the project plan, tracking against plan, actively managing (including escalations), project closure. Training analyst and clients (train the trainer) on use on analytics in INSORCE. Process mapping & process data collection.

- INSORCE product configuration (client project specific) - process, risk, HR, infrastructure, financials.

- Analytics & process re-engineering - build and run scenarios on INSORCE and use the results to derive a set of analytics.

B) Pre-Sales Support:

- Pre-sales support - making proposals.

- Demo's – customizing and doing INSORCE demos, using industry & prospect specific research.

C) Others:

- Analytics and dashboard inputs for product development

- User acceptance test for new versions of the product (analytics)

- Documentation - training & user manuals

- Contracts & payments - ensuring that necessary contracts are in place and payments received on time

Desired Skills and Experience

1. Comprehensive experience in operations (preferably in financial services) in roles varying from operations management, change, process excellence or consulting (3+ years).

2. Excellent in client engagement & relationship with consultative, solution finding approach.

3. Good understanding of levers that can be used for change/ re-engineering - with demonstrable experience in delivering a few re-engineering initiatives.

4. Strong communication skills - ability to interact with client organizations (written and verbal). Keen learner - ability and inclination to learn on the job in order to build solutions using the INSORCE product Analytical thinking

5. Education background - Premier schools (e.g leading MBA schools) candidates will have an added advantage
