Job Description :

ConsultLane.com is the first and largest Internet Based Professional Services Company in India. We are looking for ambitious and passion filled inside sales professionals to join our team.

The Inside Sales Manager is directly responsible for Revenue generation with monthly revenue targets and reports to Chief Business Officer. Our solution offerings are the cheapest and quite attractive in the market in comparison to the competition and we have several low hanging fruits to quickly make you successful. We will not burden you with a team to manage. Instead we will enable you with data and let you do you magic all by yourselves. A true Sales career to put it in succinct.

Candidate Profile :

- Understand our Solution offerings and able to connect and strike a dialog with prospects.

- Identify territory culture and happenings to be able to call and close

- Validate and Manage assigned Target Accounts on CRM

- Effective Prospecting (through every means possible cold calling, emailing, networking and social network)

- To map an account and understand requirement within through engaging the customer at different levels (CXO to Founder)

- Identify pain point, upcoming projects that can be handled using ConsultLane competencies

- Profiling - Tech Influencer, Recommendation/Middle Man and Decision maker

- Tailor pitch according to account/contact profile and effectively engage a prospect (at various stages of sales cycle cold call/follow-up/presentation

- Strives to meet or exceed prospecting goals on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

- Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets

- Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reports and review

- Work in 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Qualifications and Experience :

- Graduate

- Exceptional communication skills (specially engaging customers over phone and emails)

- Organized, disciplined and a Hunter by choice

- Loves to party
