Inside Sales Lead - IT

One of the leading IT product company is looking for a Sales Specialist (Inside Sales)

About Role:

We are looking for a talented and competitive inside sales representative,who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.A successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable attending to and making several calls per day, answering any customer queries through email and chat, generating customer interest, and closing the sales

Key Responsibilities:

- The client gets many highly - qualified prospects everyday from corporations already interested in using our platform. You will employ a solution - selling methodology to drive these leads through a high - velocity pipeline.

- Execute against all phases of your pipeline, progressing deals through the sales cycle towards closing business

- Exceed plan on a quarterly basis

- Consistently grow pipeline

- Be responsible for convert in trial prospects to paid customers

- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve team targets

- To understand the cloud computing/communications business model and enjoy selling to a technical audience,while building mutual trust

- To embrace a solution - oriented approach to selling,ensuring your customers receive value from the products they buy from you

Key Skills:

- The ability to listen first and add value in every conversation

- Proven inside sales experience

- Track record of exceeding quota

- Strong phone presence and convincing power for closing deals

- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Ability to multi- -task, prioritise, and manage time effectively

- A graduation degree is a must. Prefer MBA graduates.

Exp : 2 - 5 years

Salary Range: 15 - 25 LPA
