- The Company is currently looking to build a wide presence in India and Overseas, to support our product and growth lines. In support of this drive, we are looking for - Vice President (VP)- for IT Sales.

- The position is renewable by next 2 years as a full time Chief-Sales- Officer (CSO) and then from end of 5 th year as a Director position with ESOP.

Desirables :

- You must be an MBA in Marketing & Sales specialization from any of the IIMs/or top 20 Management Institutions.

- Need overall 6-12 years experience in the same domain and knowledge in multi-functional Business domains.

- Must be an individual who believes in making IT happen with a capacity to develop exciting story lines, ideas for promoting the Product and services once knowledge is transferred.

- Professionals from below domains will be preferred.

- Must be willing to work from any (Tier-I) city, with technology as a tool and no need of relocation. This is a resident position, however, the operations need to be executed in Tier-I city only. For example, if you stay in Hubli, but you should have access to Bengaluru market.

- Must believe that they are the owner and an all rounding individual without any bottom lines.

- Who believes that only fact & Knowledge talks for them.

- Must have an outlook to be available 24x7 basis for anything lead to business and self growth.

- Must be of sacrificing nature for a better future and need to contribute full time in this job.

- Ready to sign a Non Disclosure and Confidentiality agreement with the Company prior to information are shared and willing to follow the same process for any 3rd party interested for Business.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

- The candidate shall be responsible for overall business development of the Company including selling of Enterprise Solutions in verticals like Information Security, Education, healthcare and E-Commerce.

- Must plan each of activities prior they are worked on and share with the Company time to time.

- Must build good rapport with a strong list of prospects and achieving the targets.

- Collect exact data for each opportunity worked on and giving right inputs to the management, why a lead succeeded or failed.

- Regular reporting on CRM is a must that would reflect the KRA.

Position : Vice President

Salary (INR) : 30 K

Target : 2 L

Benefits :

- TA + 5% Sharing above Target.

- Opportunity to develop one of your idea (in Cloud/Mobile venture) with the company by 2nd month after joining with 8% ownership.

- Additional revenue from the above

- One vacation trip at the end of 2nd year worth 50K.

Service in Yrs : Till end of 4th year

Position : Chief Marketing Officer

Salary (INR) : 60 K

Target : 5 L

Benefits :

- TA + 7.5 % Sharing above Target.

- Additional revenue from the Cloud venture.

- One vacation trip at the end of 4 th year worth 150 K.

Service in Yrs : At the end of 5 th year

Position : Director - Marketing & Sales

Salary (INR) : 1.20 L

Target : 35 L (With a Team)
