Innovation Specialist/Evangelist - IT Product Firm

Position : Innovation Specialist/ Evangelist (Leading MNC IT Product Company)

Role :

- This is a very strategic role with very high visibility in the organization

- Closely evangelize the solution with the product team on the business side who will eventually manage the product innovation

- Contribute for strategic innovation inclusive of inspiring team of cross-functional SMEs, generating new products-services-solutions, validating them for desirability-viability-feasibility and business impact; and leading implementation of those ideas

- An individual contributor with ability to drive, inspire and get people excited to be a part of the lean start up team which will deliver the product

- Will need to work closely with the research and technology champions, to be hands on on emerging technologies and Fin-Tech trends

Requirements :

- 4-10 years of Experience

- Candidate must have overall 4-10 yrs of experience with 3- 5 yrs in Innovation/ New Product Development/ Product Management in enterprise-wide Innovation programs or dedicated Innovation team, focusing on specific business domains

- Candidate should possess passion for innovation, should be a radical thinker, self-starter, & a go-getter

- Should have proven experience in working with multiple fluid team structures, challenging the team members to think boldly and creatively and then to funnel that energy into concrete products and execution plans

- Should have proven experience in the ability to understand wide-ranging demands & converse effectively to drive impact-full outcomes.
