EXECUTIVE HIRING is looking for INNOVATION MANAGER for a CONSUMER MAJOR.
Location – MUMBAI
REPORTING TO - Innovation Head India
QUALIFICATION & EXPOSURE -
- Should be from Tier 1 institute ( 2004 – 2005 BATCH )
- 2 yrs. of Sales and 4 yrs. of Marketing exp. in LARGE FMCG
- Innovation exp. will be an added advantage for this role
- Should have Strategic bend of mind
- Should be creative and willing to make difference
- Should have proven track record of creating something new or should have worked in some project of new brand launch.
- Brilliant Execution
- Should have handled Brand P&L
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE :
- This role leads the delivery of the India Innovation agenda as well as scoping and developing future opportunities.
- The Opportunity space is large and diverse, as well as attractive & Challenging.
- This Role will require Strong Strategic Skills, as it will lead the thinking on Overall Strategy, Business Model, right financials and Trademark Strategy for Participation across the various geographies & categories within India.
- A key part of this role is to also ensure the use of creative excellence, disciplined project leadership and management in crafting new opportunities from multiple start points.
- The ability to navigate through Key Stakeholders within the Co. will be necessary for Success and Traction.
- The Innovation manager will also be the Repository of learning’s for future opportunities, on whom thus business will lean on for development of business Strategies.
Accountabilities :
- Accountability for end to end project leadership from concept development through to post-launch evaluation for Innovations/new launches in India.
- Identification and delivery of incremental and scalable ideas to drive future growth.
- Managing the Innovation P&L (revenues and profit for all launches up to a period of 5 years)
