Role Description :

Responsible for leading design and creating a highly efficient, metrics-driven, Automation working model

Must have Skills : Innovation Capability-, Client facing, Consulting experience, Candidate must have consulting experience and should be good at articulating a story and has some exposure to respective Industry and next generation disruptive technologies know-how

Good to Have Skills : POV on next generation technologies, Industry Insights, Innovation Capability. Strong consulting in PRD domains and next generation technologies.

Responsible for - Innovation tower showcase development/enhancement - vision for futuristic use cases / development / enhancement - pitching the showcase internally and externally - driving pipeline of innovation use cases and ensuring continuous upgrade of the tower

Ability to understand client focus areas, shape client visit story line, showcase solution and delivery credentials aligned to client challenges.

Ability to creatively elevate client experience and relevant to latest happenings of our company

Experience /capability - have sound knowledge of respective Industry Specialization on Innovation - worked in a capacity of advising/selling technology engagements to CIOs on these organizations - have experience/knowledge of next generation digital technologies.

Education - MBA from Premium B-Schools is Mandatory ( IIM / ISB Only)
