About InnovAccer:

InnovAccer is an India based research acceleration start-up co-founded by IIT-KGP Alumni. The team of coders, data scientists, statistical analysts, and visualization experts at InnovAccer work with researchers across the world to help them create world class datasets, implement cutting-edge statistical models, and build customized data analytics and visualization tools. Within 15 months of its inception, InnovAccer has over 100 clients from 50 client organizations in over 10 countries including 15 of top 20 business schools like Harvard, Wharton, Stanford, HEC Paris, INSEAD, IESE business school. Within one year, we have increased the team-size to 30 people and hope to expand at more rapid pace than what is now.

Job Role: Solution Architect

Location: Noida

- Responsible for analyzing, designing & developing commercially viable end-to-end business solutions for the major league customers.

- Responsible for translating customer needs, & technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions & proposals.

- Responsible for planning & designing of business verticals based on market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Scope, define & design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical as well as business solutions

- Prepares technical architectural and implementation design documents and works with the project management team to develop the implementation plan.

- Works closely with the project management to define project deliverables and schedules.

- Plan, design, and catalyze development of verticals within the organization based on customer requirements.

- Analyze customer technology, define business requirements & participate in risk analysis

- Work with core team on list of potential activities & solutions

- Develop technical presentations & proposals and perform customer presentations

- Support deployment of solution

- Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation & information sharing

- Stay abreast of new technology/technical areas & share information about solution to enable customer competence buildup

- Possesses broad technical acumen and demonstrates problem solving ability

- Strong project management skills

- Should possess strong consultative selling ability

- Delivering results & meeting customer expectations

- Strong presentation & communication skills

- Ability to work with multiple teams

- Should have market insight and business/financial understanding

- Prior Hands-on Analytics and Technology experience is a plus

Minimum Qualifications:

- BTech/MBA in any discipline with minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in a consultative role

- Minimum 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience in analytics and/or technology domain
