Job Role: Senior role - Human Resources

Location: Sector 63, Noida

Key Responsibilities:

- Performance Management: Driving performance Management for the Business, confirmation and annual appraisals

- Succession planning: identifying high performers and keeping them motivated in the system. Introduce Internal Job Posting and ensuring transparency in implementation

- Policy and process implementation: Communication of rationale and interpretation, ensuring policy implementation by businesses.

- Attrition control: proactively identify pain areas and curate action plans based on trends and feedback in consultation with business.

- Conduct Employee Satisfaction Surveys: Analysis of survey results, formulating actionable based on the same in consultation with business. Ensuring communication and implementation.

- Grievance handling and disciplinary actions: interaction and coordination with other functions for interventions for employee issues when needed.

- Employee engagement initiatives conducting Induction of new hires, managing training of new hires, skip levels, focus groups, town halls and fun activities for the team.

Essential skills:

- Ideal candidate should have 6 years plus experience in HR function. Must have independently handled recruitment for not less than 3 years.

- Candidates from research & analytics industry will be preferred.

- Good knowledge of campus hiring, sourcing through job portals for niche skills

- Must possess good understanding of HR systems and processes

- Must possess excellent communication skills both verbal & written

- Must be people oriented, ability to work with stakeholders across functions

- The candidates must be high on ownership, commitment and energy levels

- Strong interpersonal skills with a great level of maturity

- Maintain confidentiality of information and accuracy of data

- Flexibility in working in a startup environment.
