Head of Partner Management - Gaming (North America + Europe)  Location: Bangalore  We are looking for someone to lead the team of partner managers handling the largest of gaming accounts. The role requires sharp analytical skills, team management experience and ability to work with multiple cross functional stakeholders (product/tech) across geographies & timezones. The role will also entail travel for client meetings and a good understanding of the supply/publisher side business.  What is the Team like-   The gaming partner management team works with all leading game studios from the likes of a Zynga, Electronic Arts, Kiloo, Eyebox Studios across Europe and North America. The team has an in-depth understanding of the internal systems and the mandate is to bring-in traffic & scale revenues while continuing to deliver advertiser objectives. Partner managers are super analytically strong, and at the same time are publisher advocates for the accounts that they manage. They work alongside PSO/Product teams to ensure adoption of the InMobi SDK, and also help build traffic at scale across ad-formats.   What will you be doing-   Reporting to the Global Head of Partner Management   Take responsibility for growing our gaming publisher side of business across Europe and North America.  Contribute to the strategy and priority setting of the supply side of business on a short, mid, and long term basis  Work towards attainable quarterly sales targets and new business revenue growth objectives.  Work in partnership with the business development teams and help scale new publishers accounts that are on-boarded  Work cross-functionally across different technology teams to articulate and develop new value propositions that meet evolving publisher needs  What do we expect from you-   5-7 years of relevant work experience.  You must work remotely, based in Bengaluru, across Europe and North America which will involve flexible working hours.  Maintain own business strategy, work flow and meet deadlines  Self-starter willing to take ownership and be accountable whilst participating positively in the team dynamics.  Exceptional communicator with strong attention to detail with outstanding teamwork, organizational and interpersonal skills.  Ability to think out of the box and plan in a structured manner to deliver on specific quarterly goals.  Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to share insights that drive results and customer value.  Creative and analytical thinker; fast learner in a technology environment.  Willing to travel internationally.
