- Deliver product profitability and balance sheet goals for the year
- Drive & support acquisition effort for savings accounts across offline and online channels
- Segment product offering for different customer across different target segments and life stage.
- Design and implement constant customer engagement aimed at increasing customer share of wallet with ING
- Analytics driven portfolio actions aimed at customer on-boarding, deepening & retention, as a result growing Savings Balance Sheet Balance and customer base.
- Understand changing consumer behaviour, trends and developments in other service industries to develop new ideas and to leverage their learning to ensure ING Savings Solution is best in class.
- Compliance:Ensure compliance to Local & ING international rules across product portfolio
Experience
- Relevent Experience in Liability Products Management 1-5 Yrs
Education
- MBA from Top B-Schools
Good to have
- Interest in studying consumer trends, ability to identify new ideas and develop products
- Interest in retail banking/service industry
- Ability to influence people across businesses and units
- Good analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Self starter , ability to engage with senior people in the organization
