Management of ATM & Branch network and uptime

Review switch reports

Recommend steps to mitigate downtime

Implement new roll out with support from IT and services

Establish Financial Control of Branch & ATM network

Ensure smooth financial functioning of Branch & ATM related operations including rectifications, billing and related activities

Relocation of loss making Branches & ATMs

Lower ATM transaction cost

Develop robust reporting and communication

Implement strong reporting for ATM performance, customer behaviour and region wise ATM transaction

Ensure effective communication to retail on ATM upgrades, increased functionalities, transactions and new roll out

Ensure buy-in from partners within the bank in terms of ATM & Branch expansion plan

Vendor Management:Review vendor performance , Negotiate and realize good deals with multiple MS vendor; Effectively manage the relationship with multiple vendors;Ensure vendors are aligned with IVBL

Compliance and KYC: Ensure adherence to compliance and RBI regulations.Adherence to all security standards are met by IT as well as outsourced partners

Increase of ATM transactions:Review ATM performance and implement re-location plans

Plan and implement marketing activities to create awareness amongst customers

Strategically Recommend New Branch Locations: To analyze micro-trends with regards to branch functioning to recommend branch functioning models.To analyze macro-trends in identifying apt new branch locations. Analyze older branches to suggest re-locations wherever necessary. Attain buy-in from related partners and lead implementation of branch expansion plan

Job Specification

- MBA with Tier 1 B-School

- Engineers /Economics Grads Preferred

- Good Analytical Skills

- Ability to reach Branch financial Reports

- Networking Skills

- Relevant Experience
