Job Purpose : To ensure all employees exhibit desired behaviour as per the organisation’s values   Disciplinary action / Staff Accountabilities   - To examine and analyse the reports received from Vigilance / Regional Office   - To finalise the action plan based on the report received   - To prepare SC Notices/ Charge Sheet as applicable   - To conduct Department Enquiries and other disciplinary proceedings   - To place the action plan before the disciplinary authority   - To implement the decision taken by disciplinary authority   - To put forth the appeal made by the aggrieved employee before the appellate authority   - To logically implement further decision made by the appellate authority   Statutory Compliance   - Ensuring that the applicable statutory compliances are followed across by guiding the HR Co-ordinators / HR Partners   Labour cases  - Liaison with labour department   - To handle conciliation cases and any other Industrial disputes and compliance cases   Desired Skills and Experience  - Candidates with Law / MSW background only   - Minimum 4 Yrs of Experience
