Position Summary:-  The position involves leading the development activities to deliver change requests from business and address production tickets. A key deliverable of this role would be to plan and deliver architectural changes to the application landscape and manage this change with minimal business impact  Key Responsibilities:-  - Provide technical leadership to the delivery team  - Design and develop software components as may be required  - Manage closure of production tickets raised against NLA applications  - Prioritize change requests and manage their delivery  - Recommend architectural changes to the application landscape and create plans for implementation  Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:-  - Bachelor’s degree in engineering  - Work experience of seven years  - Java, JSP, Javascript, AJAX, JUnit, Hibernate, Spring, MSSQL, Windows Server platforms, Websphere Application Server, Websphere Portal Server, Apache Tomcat  - Previous experience in building and managing large business applications
