Infrastructure Program Manager - Contract

Location Bangalore

This is a contract based Mandate.

Responsibilities

Develop & Own Network Strategy

Manage the Technology Selection process for scanning and screening market, technology and service innovation for business relevance

Work on major technology changes and opportunities to reduce costs

Develop the Solution Design Principles aligned with the overall Solution Architecture & Roadmap, thereby improving solution standardization, standard building blocks and better lifecycle management.

Maintaining and facilitating relationships with technology vendors & service providers to align solution standards & design with industry & technology best practices

Engagement with Procurement team to align costs and drive value for money where applicable

Accountability (with the team)

Screen/Evaluate new technologies, products

Build & Maintain technology roadmaps and lifecycles

Understand customer, business requirements & perform opportunity assessment

Build business case, create Proof of Value (POV), drive Proof of Concept (POC) working with Internal teams and external suppliers/vendors

Prepare 12-24-36 month plan and align technology roadmap/lifecycle

Create Business-Case/TCO for all Innovation areas that are being recommended for operational deployment

Develop Solution Architecture(SA) for new capabilities being introduced

Own & ensure Continuous improvement of SA to ensure market, cost and service relevance.

Conduct regular Solution Architecture reviews with Architects within Technology Providers, Service Providers & Enterprise Architects

Proactively looking for newer network technologies, solution, service

Understanding business needs for today and tomorrow and developing relevant, proactive solutions

Relationship management with internal stakeholders, external vendor and supplier

Expert support to relevant network technologies

Ensure market, cost and service relevance of Network Solutions for new and existing capabilities

Build strong relationships across platforms to ensure converged solutions with end-to-end impact fully understood & planned
