Position: Infrastructure Design and Delivery Manager

Position Summary:

- Manages infrastructure operations

- Manages infrastructure performance testing, integration testing and liaise with infrastructure security

Industry Knowledge:

- Financial services products and services

- Digital payment solutions

Job Description:

- Work closely with a team of product managers, designers, developers, testers and analysts to continue to bring new features and improved design to each product while maintaining the highest quality standards

- Installing and identifying upgrades

- Troubleshooting

- Overseeing user access to the network

- Developing a backup/disaster recovery plan for a network emergency

Technical Skills Required:

- Demonstrated understanding of infrastructure, networking and storage technologies including SAN, CISCO, Citrix, Windows Server, VMWare, Exchange, SQL Server, SharePoint Server, IIS, SCCM & SCOM

- Comprehensive understanding of implementation and maintenance of key SSAE16 and SOC security controls in heterogeneous environments

- Experience implementing and supporting a global VMware VDI infrastructure a plus

- Experience managing high transaction MS SQL architectures

Minimum qualifications:

Education: BE/B.Tech/MS/MTech/MCA Computer Science or equivalent
