Infra Development Manager - Commercial Vehicle

Company - A leading Commercial Vehicle Company

Position: Infra Development Manager

Level : Asst. Manager/ Dy. Manager

Location : HQ, Gurgaon

Academic Qualifications : Engineering Diploma/Degree, MBA Preferred.

Age Group : 25 - 32 yrs.

Experience Profile : Min. 3-8 years of relevant experience in Infra/ Network Development preferably from following industries : Automobile, Petroleum & Non-consumer durables

Reporting to : Sr. Manager - Operations

Key Responsibilities :

- Activation of brokers for property searching.

- To locate suitable sites through Property Portals.

- To understand the COCO dealership (3S/ 2S) requirements in terms of Location, Size, Facilities inside & evaluate sites on offer on the basis of requirements.

- To understand & negotiate the rates & other commercial terms with property owner.

- To understand the statutory requirements & applicable laws on property / premise & to ensure the compliance.

- To source the vendors for office equipment/ tools etc.

- To act as an interface between vendors & COCO offices & to get the quotes for purchase, ensuring on time delivery.

- To ensure the timely entry of asset details on SAP.

- Commercial Negotiation skills

- Reasonably good level of computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power Point etc.), some knowledge of SAP will be added advantage.

Salary Range: 10-11 LPA
