Consultants-Business Analysis - Property and Casualty Insurance  Job location : Chennai/Pune  P&C Actuary :   - The incumbent will ideally have relevant actuarial experience in insurance pricing, capital modelling and reserving for Property & Casualty Insurance.   - Should be capable of strategic thinking with the ability to appreciate the role of data and analytics in actuarial sciences. Able to demonstrate leadership capabilities with an analytical approach towards research and problem solving.   - Should be able to lead large actuarial intensive engagements and pursuits for insurance customers across the globe and guide a team of actuaries in successfully delivering quality outputs. Knowledge of advanced insurance actuarial tools and systems is desirable.   - Candidate should have at least 11 years of relevant experience in an actuarial role for one of the leading actuarial consulting companies.   Life Actuary :   - The incumbent will ideally have relevant actuarial experience in insurance pricing, capital modelling and reserving for Life Insurance. Should be capable of business solutioning, developing IT roadmaps, creating industry frameworks and providing thought leadership.   - Should be well versed with P&C Insurance industry trends and comfortable working in fast paced and rapidly changing environments.   - Candidate should have at least 11 years of relevant experience in leading consulting companies or in the consulting division of IT Services companies. MBA from a premier B- School is essential.   Life BA :   - The incumbent will act as a subject matter expert with the ability to drive large and complex requirements management, transformational, and domain intensive programs for leading life insurance customers across the globe. Should be capable of business solutioning, developing IT roadmaps, creating industry frameworks and providing thought leadership.   - Should be well versed with Life Insurance industry trends and comfortable working in fast paced and rapidly changing environments.   - Candidate should have at least 11 years of relevant experience in leading consulting companies or in the consulting division of IT Services companies.
