Designation: Sr. Associate Lead - Organization Development (Performance Management)  Location: Bangalore  Role Responsibilities:  - Global deployment of the performance management system   - Driving goal setting, scorecards, performance appraisals, Performance Improvement plan, 360 degree feedback and other related sub-processes   - Implement processes that improve the performance management system and process and increase end user efficiency and productivity  - Analyze and interpret   - Create and run communication tracks for the practice   - Define, design and drive relevant analytics for the function  - Ensure adherence to process, timelines and quality across the units  - Creation and facilitation of training on the performance management and related processes for all end users  - Engage and work with BPHR and management on orientation, implementation and feedback  Skills Required:  - Knowledge of principles, methods, and techniques related to performance management  - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel   - Demonstrated strong research and analytical skills   - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; requires the ability to communicate with all users, including executive level leadership   - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills within all levels of the organization
