Key Responsibilities :   The Solution Design role (SD) plays a critical role in driving revenue growth for the Practice.   - Reviews and guides the creation of the RFP response and provides inputs to the pricing committee as well as the solution leads   - Leads client workshops from Solution perspective such as Solutioning sessions, workshops, client visits, pricing negotiations etc.   - Provides inputs to SOW / MSA creation with the sales team and the Business Head or Delivery Teams  - From knowledge of HC Industry across Payer and Provider, identify opportunities for Transformation, that helps effectively distinguish from process efficiencies / improvements   - Detailed knowledge of Global Healthcare Clientele that supports development of customized Industry Solutions from a Healthcare perspective  - Development of Thought leadership and Point of View on development trends in the Healthcare Industry and identifying white spaces for development of newer offerings in BPO Healthcare BPO offerings  - Coordinating with Delivery, IT and Platform Team, Technology Solutions Teams, Other Horizontal practices (F&A, S&P etc) in development of customized solutions and New Product Offerings for Healthcare Customers  - People Management: Leading Team of Solution Design comprising of Associate Consultants to Principal Consultants. Work load / capacity management in the team, Career pathing of Direct Reports, Training and Development needs amongst team members  - Responsible towards Industry Solutions Practice Head  Job Requirements :  - Has a post graduate degree in MBA from Tier college with Minimum defined grades   - Atleast 14 - 15 years of experience BPO Solution Design experience. Should have worked in BPO Pre-Sales / Solution Designing Shared Services with focus on Healthcare domain.  - Should be well versed with Healthcare Payer and Provider offerings across Claims, Member Services, Client set up, Benefits Q/A, Benefits coding etc  - Well versed with Horizontal offerings, and should have led deals with Global HC clients for services like F&A, S&P, HRO  - Should have proven track record of leading BPO deals for HC clients as Solution Director / SD Head and should have worked on Deals for Healthcare clients  - Participating in Client Presentations, Orals, Client visits and showcasing capabilities and defending proposed solution and seeking client / stakeholder inputs for improving the solution, Preparing collaterals   - Creating PoVs, bringing about Thought Leadership from knowledge of Domain and HC Industry  - Supporting / Leading projects for existing and new clients in HC space
