Infosys BPO - Senior Consultant - F&A Key Solutions - AI/RPA/Point Solutions (8-12 yrs)

Role Designation: Senior Consultant - Platforms and Key Solutions
Responsibilities:-
- Program manage development and implementation of AI / RPA / Point solutions in F&A domain (R2R, P2P, O2C & FPnA)
- Anchor key discussions with the clients around AI / RPA / Point solutions in F&A domain
- Create and drive project plans for development and implementation of above solutions
- Manage key stakeholders and expectation setting throughout the project life cycle
- Participate and run consulting engagements around F&A transformation
What are we looking for in you:
Educational Requirements (Must have)
- MBA/CA with min. 8 year of experience OR
- B.com with min 10 years of experience OR
Primary Skills
- Strong domain knowledge and SME - having extensively worked in any F&A towers like AP, AR, GL with hands on work experience
- Has a strong technology focus and understands systems and applications used in F&A
- Has worked on process transformations, standardization and process improvements
- Strong project management & stakeholder management skills
- Capability to program manage AI / RPA / Cognitive Automation solutions in F&A domain (R2R, P2P, O2C & FPnA)
- Ability to liaise extensively with cross functional teams like : IT/ AI / Domain / Analytics teams, for implementation of AI / Point solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to drive conversations with senior stakeholders in the internal / external CFO organization
- Ability to work in ambiguous work environment
Secondary Skills
- Hands on experience on one or more ERPs - preferably having been part of an implementation life cycle
- Excellent presentation, documentation and spreadsheet skills
- Basic Understanding of Analytics concepts
Soft Skill
- Self-motivated individual - willing to work in individual contributor roles
- Ability to prioritize conflicting activities
- Ability to work in Matrix structure
